Cole Delaney placed first at the State competition.
Thaddeus Bergschneider placed third at the State competition.
Cole will advance to the national competition, which consists of semifinals on May 1 and, if he advances from that stage, the finals on June 5 for the chance to win a $20,000 scholarship!

It's back! Please join us for the Follies to raise money for a scholarship in honor of Katy Tannahill. We have done things a little differently this time around. All of the students who are interested in receiving the scholarship are participating in some way--whether that is behind the scenes or acting!
You will also be able to pick out what table you want to sit at when you purchase your tickets.

SC Junior High Track will begin Monday 3/14 at Waverly from 3:30-5:15. All athletes must have a physical on file in order to practice. Please wear running shoes, shorts, and tshirts. Bring a hoody and sweat pants as it might be chilly outside. Lastly, there will be a parent/athlete meeting from 5:30-6:00 in the WGS gym to go over forms & requirements following practice Monday.

The JHVB game scheduled for tonight at Franklin has been canceled and rescheduled for tomorrow with the C game starting at 5:00.
In case your chess player forgot to tell you, we are having a pep assembly today at 2:45 to recognize the HS chess that went to State and the JH chess that is going to State! Parents and family members are welcome to join!

Good evening Franklin Parents, Students and Community. Due to the continued storm activity and the condition of our district roads, school tomorrow Friday February 18, 2022 will be cancelled. This will be another regular snow day. Any extracurricular activities scheduled for the weekend will be evaluated on an individual basis. As always, the safety of our students and staff come first.
